Comment On New Bio-Fuel Money In The Fed Budget

First I've seen on
biofuel
in the budget. This article has a positive spin to it. I think bio-diesel is where Canada can make some progress. Ethanol will be produced, but the US has to much of a head start and can produce a way more corn.
